What we collect

When you request a quote, place an order or join our mailing list we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date and delivery address. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, schedule deliveries and collections, process payments and answer questions about your booking. If you opt in, we also send occasional offers to Timeless Family members.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share only what is necessary with our payment processor and, where a delivery requires it, the venue or property manager you nominate.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for seven years for accounting purposes. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us or calling 778-883-4139.
