Cancelling a booking

Cancel more than 14 days before your delivery date and any deposit is refunded in full. Between 14 and 7 days, the deposit is retained as a credit valid for 12 months. Inside 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

Reducing an order

Items can be removed from an order at no charge up to 7 days before delivery. Inside that window, removed items are charged at 50%.

Weather cancellations

If a municipal or venue authority cancels your event for weather or safety reasons, we will move your booking to a new date at no charge, subject to availability.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
