Bookings

A booking is confirmed only once we have accepted it in writing and, where applicable, received the deposit. Orders of $700 or more require a 25% deposit, with the balance due three days before delivery.

Your responsibilities

Equipment must be kept dry, protected from wind and returned in the condition it arrived. Tents must not be moved, re-staked or altered once installed. You are responsible for obtaining any permits the venue or municipality requires.

Damage and loss

Every order is counted out on our dock and counted back in on collection. Missing or damaged items are charged at replacement cost. Normal wear is expected and never charged.

Delivery and collection

Delivery windows are confirmed the week of your event. Someone must be available to receive the order unless you have agreed a drop-and-go in writing.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the rental. We are not responsible for weather, venue restrictions or third-party delays outside our control.
