Rental period

Rates are quoted per item, per day. A standard rental covers delivery the day before or morning of your event and collection the following business day.

Multi-day rentals

Additional days are charged at 50% of the daily rate. Rentals longer than 14 days are quoted separately.

Setup and takedown

Tents, dance floors and pipe and drape include installation by our crew. Tables, chairs and linens are delivered stacked unless you have booked setup as an add-on.

Site requirements

The delivery area must be clear, level and accessible by truck. Underground utilities must be located before we stake a tent. Additional charges apply for stairs, long carries or restricted access.

Weather

We install in most conditions, but reserve the right to delay or refuse installation where wind or ground conditions make it unsafe.
