Our story
We started with twelve tables and one trailer.
Timeless Occasions began in 2019 with a small stack of folding tables and a promise that nothing would ever arrive dirty. Today we run tents, seating, linens, catering gear, sound and lawn games out of our own warehouse in Airdrie.
We do not sub-contract deliveries. The people who load your order are the people who set it up and the people who count it back in. That is why our counts are right and our linens are pressed.

How we work
Three things we do not compromise on.
Clean, every time
Linens are laundered and pressed in-house. Hard goods are wiped down and inspected between every booking.
Counted both ways
Your order is counted out on the dock and counted back in on collection, so disputes never start.
